"Operation Zero Tolerance under way in Georgia"
Under Georgia DUI laws, a person 21 years or older will be arrested if operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .08 grams or more. The limit is lowered to .05 grams if involved in a crash. Georgia's Zero Tolerance Law charges anyone under the age of 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol if having a BAC of .01 grams or higher. If arrested for a Georgia DUI, a person will have his or her name published, licensed revoked and insurance cancelled in some cases.
