Benjamin Jesse Randolph, 22, said that a man and woman approached his car while he was on North Jefferson Circle.

Randolph told authorities the man lifted his shirt and revealed what he thought was a gun before they both got into the car and took off.

Innocent Man Becomes a Criminal

Hours later, a 51-year-old man was arrested when they found him driving Randolph’s Ford on a nearby street.

Randolph claimed he didn’t know the man or woman in the car.
