Background and Experience:

After having attended Texas Tech University for his B.A. and J.D. he became admitted to practice in Texas in 1977. In 1979 he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeal 5th Circuit and all districts in Texas during this year as well.

Not only is Mr. Florey knowledgeable and respected- he has also been active in his community throughout the years. As a member of the Board of Directors from 1984-1985, he also served as President and Vice President of the Criminal Law and Procedure Section of 1981 and 1982. Furthermore, he was also President of the Adminstrative Law Section in 1986. 

Mr. Florey is also a proud member of the following: The Federal Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
