Mitchell A. Stone is a former state prosecutor of the 4th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He also is a renowned expert in DUI defense. He attended the University of Vermont for his B.A. in 1985 and earned his law degree from the University of Florida, J.D. in 1988. He began practicing law in Florida in 1989 and is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association (Chairman, Criminal Law Section); The Florida Bar; Florida Association of Criminal Defense (Board Member); National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; Northeast Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (Past President).
Becky Barlow has extensive experience in general and complex criminal litigation, with a special emphasis on DUI defense and administrative hearings. Mrs. Barlow graduated cum laude from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas in 1989, earning her B.A. in Political Science. She then achieved her Juris Doctorate in 1992 with Dean’s Honors. Mrs. Barlow’s practice is focused exclusively on litigation. She has experience handling felony and misdemeanor charges.
