Education and Experience

Mr. Marquis served in the U.S. Air force and was honorably discharged as a sergeant. After being honorably discharged, he became a veteran’s counselor and then obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He went on to graduate from South Texas College of Law. While he was pursuing his law degree, he received unparalleled training while working voluntarily with Attorney Will Gray on the “Huntsville Shoot-Out” case.
