Victor Sherman has tried hundreds of cases in both federal and state courts, ranging from business fraud to drug offenses, tax crimes, securities fraud, money laundering, public corruption, customs violations and racketeering as well as crimes of violence such as murder, sexual assaults and arson. He graduated has a B.S. in Business from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1962 and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1965.

Janet Sherman has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, Fourth, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits, all of the United States District Courts in California, the United States Tax Court, and all of the courts of the State of California. She is an expert in federal and criminal defense forfeiture. In 1981 she graduated from the Western State University, College of Law, in San Diego, CA.

The newest addition to Sherman and Sherman is Collin O’Neill. Mr. O’Neill worked as a television journalist for ten years prior to finishing law school at Loyoloa Law School in Los Angeles. He is an accomplished writer and has worked for O’Neill, Lysaght and Sun before entering his position here at Sherman and Sherman.
